Cebu White Sands: Day Tour Escape To The BEACH!

Cebu City, Philippines — CEBU, as an island, is dotted with blinding white sand beaches and azure seas. In fact, being at the center of this tropical archipelago, Cebu has been consistently ranked and included on the list for Conde Nast Traveler Magazine’s Best Islands. Read more about my adventures in discovering what Cebu White Sands has to offer.

Cebu White Sands Resort

The family decided to spend one weekend at Cebu White Sands Resort after church. We debated at where to spend the Sunday since there are a lot of resorts in Mactan offering a blissful experience. We finally agreed to try Cebu White Sands Resort since all of us haven’t visited this resort. They have what they call a Day Tour Escape. It piqued my interest since I am a beach lover. I bask in the warm sunshine and in pools and of course, the sandy beach. Also, that day, January 22, the Day Tour Escape rate was only at 950.00 per head including buffet lunch, use of swimming facilities, open showers, bath towels as well.

Swimming and Enjoying The White Sands [Literally]

The day progressed into lounging at the white sands. I had the best view of the sea. Though admittedly, when I tried swimming it was currently itchy, I still tried to go on and did some dips and took some photos for remembrance. After being salty and wet all over, I decided to take a plunge into the pool.

The pools at Cebu White Sands were fantastic for both children and adults. I was able to experience its flowing water and relaxing views. It was a respite for the troubled soul. I was able to take some laps and just lose myself in its healing waters. I felt revived and refreshed after.

The entire resort is my much needed breather. The warm hospitality of the staff as well as the comforting sight of the waves is just what I needed. The fusion of Spanish and Cebuano architecture matched the ambiance that was distinctly Cebu White Sands.

The resort is a testament that when passion and creativity fuses, the end result is eternal. The owners had been very careful in placing all the elements in play. The appropriation of the Koi ponds added not just sophistication but a feel of wellness and luck.

It was a blissful day. I had forgotten all my worries and stress as I walked on the sandy beach. I had been a subject of unnecessary stress. The sands at Cebu White Sands were definitely one for the books. It was purely white, and a considerable amount of Silica can be felt.

Cebu White Sands has been a refuge of many families and couples who wanted to enjoy the life of being in an island away from the city though technically within the city.

Visit them at Maribago, Mactan Island, Lapu-Lapu City, 6015.
